NW Prima Vista Boulevard runs east from the Florida Turnpike through the older, established part of Port St. Lucie, and the office sits along that corridor with free on-site parking at the door. For patients coming from St. Lucie West, Tradition, or the neighborhoods off Airoso Boulevard it is a short drive without touching US-1. Being on a main road matters more than it sounds: the routine appointments people put off are the ones that are inconvenient to reach.

Who you will see

Brenique Ademola is an advanced practice registered nurse and family nurse practitioner who sees patients at this office. Board-certified internist Dr. Gurpreet Singh Sareen serves as medical director for the site. Nurse practitioners deliver primary care throughout Florida, and for the ordinary run of adult care — physicals, chronic condition follow-up, sick visits — the visit looks and works the same way. When something falls outside the scope of what this office handles, you are referred rather than managed at a distance.

Ongoing conditions, handled over time

High blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and high cholesterol are not conditions you resolve in one appointment. They are managed with regular check-ins, honest conversation about what is actually working week to week, and adjustments made when they are needed.
