Dr. Gurpreet Singh Sareen founded Serenity By A Dr. Sareen to provide comprehensive, compassionate care for patients and families across South Florida. Today the practice has grown to four South Florida offices, without losing that founding focus.

Dr. Gurpreet Singh Sareen, MD

Founding Physician — Loxahatchee

Dr. Gurpreet Singh Sareen founded Serenity By A Dr. Sareen in Loxahatchee. Board certified in internal medicine, he is fluent in Spanish and brings emergency-room experience into his approach to primary care, with a focus on family and internal medicine, obesity medicine, and preventive care and chronic disease management.

Dr. Shahnaz Akhter, MD

Physician — West Palm Beach

Dr. Shahnaz Akhter practices internal medicine at the West Palm Beach office, offering same-day appointments and walk-ins alongside in-house lab services and weight loss, hormone therapy, and PRP treatments. She speaks Bengali, English, Hindi, and Urdu.

Dr. Moises Lancelot Sebastian, MD

General Practitioner — Belle Glade

Dr. Moises Lancelot Sebastian is a dedicated General Practitioner who has been practicing medicine since 2020. He provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages, with particular experience in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and cholesterol disorders. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to connect with and care for patients from diverse backgrounds. For Dr. Sebastian, medicine is more than a profession — it is a commitment to his patients, and he believes in listening carefully and treating every patient with compassion and respect.

Brenique Ademola, APRN

Nurse Practitioner — Port St. Lucie

Brenique has had a passion for caring for others for as long as she can remember. She found a footing for that special call in nursing, and her passion only grew stronger since then. Brenique treats patients using a holistic and wholesome approach to health. She worked as a registered nurse primarily in medical surgical oncology and hospice for over 13 years, and has trained under Dr. Gurpreet Singh Sareen since graduating from her nurse practitioner program. She sees patients at our Port St. Lucie location, where she carries that same passion into the way she goes above and beyond for each patient she encounters.
