How the practice grew
Serenity By A Dr. Sareen began with one office in Loxahatchee, built around a physician who knows his patients over time. The Loxahatchee office is still the founding location. The practice has since added an office on Forest Hill Blvd in West Palm Beach, and newer offices in Belle Glade and Port St. Lucie. The two newest offices are still finalizing the full list of in-office procedures they offer, so calling ahead is the reliable way to confirm a specific service.
Growing to four offices did not change the model: a provider you can reach, same-day appointments and walk-ins, and one chart that follows you if you are seen at more than one office.

Who founded Serenity By A Dr. Sareen?
Dr. Gurpreet Singh Sareen, MD, founded the practice in Loxahatchee. He is board certified in internal medicine, speaks English and Spanish, and brings emergency-room experience into his approach to primary care. The practice has since grown to four South Florida offices, each with its own provider and phone number.
How many offices does the practice have, and where are they?
There are four: Loxahatchee at 12977 Southern Boulevard, West Palm Beach at 3472 Forest Hill Blvd, Belle Glade at 124 SW 1st St, and Port St. Lucie at 439 NW Prima Vista Blvd. Every office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and each one has its own page on the Locations page.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. All four offices welcome new patients, and same-day appointments and walk-ins are available at every office. The best way to schedule is to call the office nearest you. Staff can confirm your insurance and tell you what to bring before your first visit.
What languages do your providers speak?
Dr. Sareen and Dr. Moises Lancelot Sebastian speak English and Spanish. Dr. Shahnaz Akhter speaks Bengali, English, Hindi, and Urdu. Tell the front desk your preferred language when you book, and your visit can be planned around it where possible.
What if I do not have insurance?
The practice sees patients without insurance and lists self-pay fees of $160.00 for a new patient consultation and $100.00 for an existing or follow-up visit. It also accepts Medicare and Medicaid and works with several commercial plans, and staff can check your plan before you come.
