We accept a range of insurance plans, including Devoted (Medicare), Aetna (PPO & Commercial Plans / Medicare / Medicaid), Preferred Partners (Medicaid / Medicare), Solis (Medicaid / Medicare), Florida Blue (Blue Care, Blue Choice, Blue Options, Blue Select & Simply Blue), United Healthcare (Commercial, Medicaid / Medicare), Prominence (Medicare Advantage), Oscar (Accepted through Market Healthplans), Market Healthplans (My Blue). We also accept cash and credit/debit card payments. Don't see your plan listed? Call us at (561) 879-4006 to confirm.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. All three of our locations welcome new patients, and same-day appointments and walk-ins are available.
What languages do your providers speak?
Dr. Shahnaz Akhter, MD, at our West Palm Beach location speaks Bengali, English, Hindi, and Urdu. Dr. Gurpreet Singh Sareen, MD, at our Loxahatchee location speaks Spanish. If language support is important for your visit, let our staff know when you call to schedule.
Do you offer telemedicine appointments?
We offer telemedicine for certain visit types. Please call your nearest location to ask whether a telemedicine appointment is appropriate for your needs.
How do I access my health records or ask about my privacy rights?
